Ballywalter, Ireland is the heart and origin of Aloga Stables. It’s where it all began for the Allen family where they all grew up riding ponies, galloping on the beaches, and hacking along country roads. It served as the place where the family from their father (a wonderful horseman), learned the basics that we value in Aloga Stables.

Today, Ballywalter is home to the Ballywalter Breeding Programme, managed by April Allen. Together with head rider Daren Hopkins, the team focuses on producing quality young horses with the same patience, care, and feeling that built Aloga from the very start.
