April Allen

After a successful pony career, April moved to Germany for several years to support Bertram’s early international career before returning to Ireland, where she has built a world-class breeding program at Ballywalter Stables, home to stars like Molly Malone and Emmylou. She now plays a key role in developing Aloga’s young horses and running the day-to-day business.

Harry Allen

Harry has followed the same path, winning the Longines Rising Star Award, the Lanaken World Championship for 7-Year-Olds, and five European Championship medals, including an individual bronze at the Young Rider European Championships. Harry is known for his attention to detail, focus, and not leaving any stone unturned.

Bertram Allen

Bertram started in ponies, winning team and individual golds at European Championships. At 18, he had a breakthrough year with Molly Malone, winning the Dublin Grand Prix and placing 7th at the 2014 World Equestrian Games. In 2015, he also became the youngest ever LGCT Grand Prix winner, in Paris with Romanov. Since then, he has won numerous 5* Grands Prix, competed at the Tokyo Olympics, and remains one of the sport’s most consistent and competitive riders.

Maxi Lill

Maxi has developed his reputation as a talented rider and horseman. He has competed at the 5* Grand Prix level, ridden in Nations Cups, developed horses for European Championships, and continues to focus on producing only the best young horses to become top Grand Prix horses. Known for his energy and hands-on approach, Maxi brings a dynamic presence to the team.
