Cavan – Success show for our Home Bred

Homebred California BW and rider Daren had a fantastic trip to the Cavan Indoor Championships, finishing 2nd in the Cavan Classic Five-Year-Old Final.
California is an Irish Sport Horse mare by Cardento out of a Clinton mare, a bloodline known for talent, scope, and bravery in the ring.

Throughout the competition, California showed her quality, jumping three effortless clear rounds in the final. The competition was incredibly close, with the top three riders separated by just 0.11 of a second.

This result marks another exciting milestone for the team.

Garranemore – Chappido Impresses in the Future Stars Cup

At the Garranemore Equestrian in Limerick, another youngster showed their talent.  Chappido, a five-year-old gelding by Chapper out of a Lord Fauntleroy mare, took the top spot in the Five-Year-Old Future Stars Cup.

This was Chappido’s first show since joining the Aloga Stables team, and he made a great first impression. The class was judged on style, rideability, and future potential. His rhythm, careful technique, and attitude in the ring caught the judges’ attention.

It’s always exciting to see such promise in a young horse, and Chappido looks like one to watch for the future. With his talent and temperament, there’s no doubt he’ll continue to climb the ranks in the years ahead.
